Pre-game Skate: B’s/Penguins

Well Boston fans, get ready for a night of drama and calls not going the Bruins way. Sidney “cry baby” Crosby is back on the ice, which means anytime someone breathes on him a penalty will be called. Or if a call is missed he will go crying to the ref looking for a call.

It should be an interesting game. Pittsburgh is in dire need of points to have home ice over the Flyers in the first round. The Bruins, however, are just content where they are. From a Bruins perspective it has the feel of a few seasons ago when the team was just awful after the lock-out. Only a few games left in the season, no real goaltending, a patch-work line-up, in a meaningless game. Fortunately, the game is meaningless for better reasons.

Torey Krug will make his NHL debut on D, Turco will be getting the start and Khudobin will be his back-up as Tim Thomas has the night off entirely.
