A day after Big Z blew the competition away with his 108.8 MPH slap shot, his team took the ice against team Alfredsson for the All-Star game in Ottawa. Team Chara took down Team Alfredsson 12-9.
The game was pretty evenly matched, each team scored three goals in each of the first two periods. Tim Thomas held Team Alfredsson to three goals in the third while Team Chara exploded for six third period goals. Thomas also had the save of the day.
